Tech Console Ltd (RC 9301966) is a technology company incorporated in Nigeria and based in Lagos. We design, build, deploy, and govern AI-native digital platforms for organisations operating in real-world environments. Our website is techconsole.net.
We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website. You can reach us at hello@techconsole.net for any data protection enquiries.
What this notice covers
This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit techconsole.net, how we use it, on what legal basis, and what your rights are. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA 2023).
Data we process and why
1. Website visit data (Google Fonts)
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests — improving the visual quality and rendering consistency of the website. We have assessed that this interest does not override your rights and freedoms. Note: we are in the process of self-hosting these fonts to eliminate this transfer entirely. This notice will be updated when that change is complete.
We do not directly receive or store your IP address from font requests. Google's own privacy practices apply to data they collect: policies.google.com/privacy.
2. Contact emails
When you use a contact link on this site (mailto:hello@techconsole.net), your email client will open and you may send us an email. We will receive and process whatever personal data you include in that message — typically your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests / pre-contractual steps — responding to your enquiry and assessing whether we can help with your project. We retain inbound enquiry emails for up to 24 months or for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship.
We do not add you to any mailing list from an inbound enquiry. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use first-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or behavioural tracking tools. We do not build profiles of individual website visitors.
Cross-border data transfers
As noted above, the Google Fonts CDN call results in your IP address being transferred to Google LLC servers in the United States. The NDPC has not issued a formal adequacy determination for the USA as of the date of this notice. We rely on legitimate interests as the basis for this transfer and are taking steps to eliminate it by self-hosting our fonts. No other cross-border transfers of personal data take place in connection with this website.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). The NDPC can be reached at ndpc.gov.ng. We would, however, welcome the opportunity to address your concerns directly before you escalate to a regulator.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we make material changes. We recommend checking this page periodically.
